Spiced Caramel Cake
Allergens: gluten, egg, milk, nuts
We adore caramel and chocolate – so we created the cake of our dreams.
Inspired by our mother’s beloved caramel dessert, we baked four layers of light sponge cake, filled them with velvety caramel cream, and added a bit of tonka bean crisp for a surprising twist.

Szaletly “Lúdláb” Cake
Allergens: egg, nuts, gluten, lactose
A dessert born from our love of classic Hungarian gastronomy – rich with the flavours of local fruit, rich butter, and full-bodied chocolate. We baked a cocoa sponge, gently reduced sour cherries to a deep and rounded flavour, and mixed the cream with rich butter just like our grandmothers did.
On the top, a cherry compote, with aromatic cognac and a splash of Cointreau.

Between layers of pistachio and almond sponge, we’ve hidden a passion fruit–green apple compote, flavoured with a drop of rhubarb bitter. All this is embraced by a light citrusy coconut mousse and a touch of lemon cream.
