By accepting the present Data Protection Notice I do hereby consent to the fact that my personal data provided on the website www.szaletly.hu.     operated by  Stefi Kft. (registered seat: 1446 Bp. Thököly út 80. company registration number:10330652-2-42, hereinafter referred to as: Controller) for market research and direct marketing purposes and for the sake of processing the food orders as long as these purposes exist. I also consent to the fact that during this period, the above-mentioned Controllers can send me emails and/or text messages. The Controllers do hereby declare that they will only use the personal data for the purposes specified above, and that they will only transfer them to achieve the set objectives, while complying with the provisions of the applicable data protection act.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 
After registration, any data is freely provided, meaning that the visitor may freely decide whether they would like to provide the requested personal data. By providing their personal data, the data subject declares that the provided data is accurate. The data subject may request information on the processing of their personal data, and they may also request the rectification or erasure of their personal data by sending an electronic message to hello@szaletly.hu. Besides these rights, the data subject is also entitled to exercising their right to object and to assert their rights before a court. The Processors will take all necessary measures to ensure the security and integrity of the processed data and to establish and operate the data processing systems necessary to this end. The Controllers make sure that unauthorised persons may not have access to, make public, transfer, amend or erase the processed data. The Controllers use their best endeavours to ensure the integrity of the data and that the data are not destructed. The Controllers also prescribe the adherence to the above-mentioned undertaking for their employees, who participate in the data processing activities.
CONSENT CLAUSE 

I the undersigned do hereby unambiguously and explicitly consent to the fact that the Controllers will process and store my personal data provided during the present registration process for market research and direct marketing purposes and for the sake of processing the food orders. I have read and understood the Data Protection Notice, and accept it as binding.

Stefi Kft. operating the website www.szaletly.hu has fulfilled their obligation to record the data in a data protection register, and has submitted their data processing activities in an adequate format to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
